The SLEN steering committee is developing an inventory of curricular and co-curricular leadership experiences across all colleges and schools at Cornell University. You can access this static inventory here.

For the purpose of the inventory, a leadership experience is one that: Offers the student tangible, transformational skills and knowledge, challenges their strengths and comfort zones, encourages accountability and humility, and provides an opportunity for the student to put values into practice while impacting, shaping, or influencing a group or collaborative process.

The existing inventory has been in development since fall 2015 by participants of the Student Leadership Educators Network.

Please use this form to provide corrections to the existing inventory or add missing leadership experiences.
