Book Collection: offered by Peter Davies

Professor emeritus Peter Davies is giving away the books in his library.  There are approximately 300 volumes covering plant physiology and biochemistry, especially plant hormones, botany, horticulture, and genetically modified crops.  There are some titles in related topics such as crop science, biology, biochemistry and organic chemistry.

Most are pre-2010 with the exception of books on genetically modified crops, which are more recent.  There are many books on plant physiology going back to the 1930s.  In addition the collection includes many books on specific plant hormones.

Anyone interested please contact Peter at pjd2@cornell.edu to receive a list, or inspect the books themselves in the Plant Science Building.
