We recently published a study performed by Dr. Isabel Jimenez and Dr. Allison Stilin (previous undergrads in the lab), which demonstrated that intact physiological TSPO function serves to limit inflammation in acute ulcerative colitis (UC), and provide a systemic basis for investigating TSPO-targeting mechanistic therapeutics.
