Week of 6/27/22
Compared to the excitement of last week, this week was slower, but no less important. It was a lot of information gathering and organizing. Using what I learned from my previous research and the interviews conducted over the trip to Western NewYork, I compiled a list of experts that could be potential contacts and resources for different 4-H programs, depending on the region. They include researchers, vineyard managers, and educators. I also brainstormed potential lesson plan ideas and compared them to ones that already exist in other states, such as California. These lessons are a good jumping off point and can be adapted for New York state and the specific educational goals.
