Available from the AIP is the Center for History of Physics and the Emilio Segre Visual Archives, which contains nearly 30,000 images of scientists and physics work. These online collections are free to access, though there are some restrictions on using content and the images in the Segre gallery.
Highlights include selected papers from prominent American physicists like Benjamin Franklin, a full descriptive timeline of Marie Curie and the Science of Radioactivity, and interview transcripts and clips from the Niels Bohr Library and Archives. You can sign up to receive notifications on new exhibits to the archive as well.
