The library has provided electronic access to the pre-1995 issues of 38 physics and astronomy journals from Elsevier, including Icarus, Nuclear Physics A, Nuclear Physics B, Nuclear Instruments and Methods in Physics Research, and Physics Letters.  The library was able to purchase the back files through a special funding allocation earmarked for that purpose.  Full text access goes back in most case to the 1960’s.  For a complete list of titles included in the backfiles package, see the Elsevier website
