Q. Does the library have a print or electronic copy of the conference proceedings of the IEEE’s Data Engineering Conference from 1999? I found this proceeding listed on the IEEE’s website, but a password is required to read the full text.

A. The proceedings for this conference are available from the database IEEE Xplore. IEEE Xplore provides the full text of conference proceedings (as well as journals, magazines, and standards) published by the IEEE and IEE beginning in 1988.
