Dr. Tobias Dörr is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Microbiology and in the Weill Institute for Cell and Molecular Biology. Dr. Dörr completed his PhD in molecular microbiology from Northeastern University in Boston in 2011 and then received postdoctoral training in bacterial pathogenesis at Harvard Medical School/HHMI. His lab at Cornell, established in 2016, studies cell envelope biogenesis and antibiotic tolerance in Gram-negative pathogens.
