The right column shows the percentage of those workers estimated to earn below $15/hour. So, the first row of the table should be read as: “There are approximately 305 Laundry and dry-cleaning workers living in Buffalo, and 100% of those workers (305 individuals) are estimated to earn below $15/hour.”

Likewise, the row labeled “Cashiers” should be interpreted as: “There are approximately 3,822 civilian workers living in Buffalo who work as Cashiers, and 83% of those workers (roughly 3,172 individuals) are estimated to earn below $15/hour.”
