Another eventful week at the farm! This week, my supervisor Marci was on vacation, so I was left to 
manage the farm and program by myself. It was very difficult to have so much responsibility put on me so early in the summer, but we got through the week and it was incredibly rewarding. This week we did a lot of mulching, planting, and weeding. There is a lot of growth in our plants, and the seeds we had planted in previous weeks are rapidly getting bigger! I have also gotten to know a few of our GROWS employees 
better and been able to incorporate some of their interests and hobbies into the farm. All of the GROWS employees are learning a lot, and I have been able to assign tasks and responsibilities without having to explain how to do everything. It’s cool to see that the way I’ve been teaching things is working!
