Speeding up Your Internet Connection
Ewa reported that after contacting her internet provider, Spectrum, they suggested that she use a wired ethernet connect, rather than WiFi to get the best connectivity. Further they invited her to get replacement equipment from them for free, and she reports that the new modem and router have noticeably increased her internet speed at home.
Cayuga Medical Center Collecting Tablets
Our local hospital is looking for donations of older/used iPads or tablets that will be employed to let patients communicate with their loved ones while they are in the hospital. The Ithaca Voice has more information about this program and how to donate a tablet.
