Please take a few minutes to let your instructors know your assessment of the MAE classes you are taking this semester. The Sibley School was a trailblazer, in the College of Engineering, in asking students to assess MAE courses in the middle of the semester, and other Majors have followed this initiative. Your feedback is valuable (and anonymous) –just do it now (please)!
Your Impact on Feedback
JUST DO IT NOW! Complete your mid-semester surveys. Most of you have not completed your surveys–let’s get those numbers up!!!
Several years ago, The Sibley School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering began collecting students’ feedback for MAE courses in the middle of the semester. This began as a pilot program and has since proved revolutionary in helping instructors and students identify what works in a course and what would be successful through modification.
- There have always been end-of-semester evaluations in the College, however, until recently, there has never been an official initiative to collect students’ opinions about courses while they are in progress. Other Majors have now adopted mid-semester evaluations.
- Your feedback may help transform courses to immediately benefit you and future students.
