Event Description
No prior experience with Autodesk Fusion is required to attend this hands-on workshops you’ll learn how to use Generative Design functionality in Fusion 360 to harnesses the computational power of the cloud to explore numerous design options. You can use Generative Design to solve complex engineering problems, such as:
- Increasing performance by designing stronger parts and components.
- Reducing the mass of parts and components by using the least amount of material to make the part as effective as possible.
- Consolidating parts by reducing the overall number of parts and components.
Tasks to Complete Before the Workshop
- Install and acquire an education license of Fusion 360. Follow Option 1 in the instructions Single user install process and browser access to Autodesk Fusion.
- Bring a mouse, most students are more productive with Fusion 360 using a mouse.
- Bring a power supply for your computer.
