We’ve gotten several questions about MAE 3280 from juniors because that course appears in the F18 Engineering Handbook as a required course for the MechE major.  The MechE curriculum has changed, and MAE 3280 is no longer required, and is in fact not offered this spring!  Instead, you will need to take THREE major-approved electives rather than the TWO major-approved electives listed in the F18 Engineering Handbook.   You can see a detailed list of major requirements, including a list of major-approved electives, here:
