We are building a state of the art grain cleaning and processing facility in Penn Yan, NY using equipment from the Lushan Win Tone Company in Henan Province, China.  The cleaning line will consist of a traditional screen cleaner, a magnetic sorter, a destoner, a gravity table, a polisher, an optical sorter, a size grader, and packaging equipment.  This line will be used to clean and prepare grains and beans for human consumption and use as seed.

The manufacturer is sending 2 technicians to assist with assembly.  One will be a general millwright overseeing the whole project, the second will specialize in optical sorting technology and will set up commission that part of the project.  We have been asked to hire a person who is capable of translating from English to Mandarin to assist with communication between us and the technicians.

We are looking to hire an individual who is able to do this either in person or through Whatsapp or Wechat.  It is important that this person posses some technical vocabulary and good Mandarin and English skills so that complex ideas about the machinery can be understood.
