To All Students Not Participating in the MAE Graduation Ceremony in May:

No experience necessary to usher.  Just bring guests to their seats.

If you are available to usher the MAE graduation ceremony on Sunday, May 24, from 11:45- (approx.)2:15 (in the event of severe weather–1:45- (approx.) 4:15).

You will get paid, you will receive an MechE shirt, and get a delicious catered lunch, and get to see your classmates graduate.

We will also be hiring a lead usher at $15 per hour, from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.  Looking for someone who has some tech savy and who can help assist with setting-up outside of Bailey Hall.
