Characteristic black veins and leaf yellowing due to black rot are evident in the following images. Bacteria were observed streaming out of the veins of all of the small leaf pieces removed from the three leaves in the images, including the outer leaf removed from the sprout. The close-ups are of the whole leaf above them.
