Dr. Jess McArt gave a webinar this week “in Spain” sponsored by Africor Lugo and @VacaPinta_ on the future of health monitoring in the dairy industry. In it, she discusses a few background studies looking at milk markers of excessive energy deficit and presents some new results from collaborative work between the McArt Dairy Cow Lab and the Barbano Lab in Cornell’s Department of Food Science.
