The Academy Charter Bus will leave from Weill Cornell Medicine (413 East 69th St., New York, NY 10021) promptly at 7am on June 26, 2018. Please arrive at 6:45am to allow time for boarding.
The bus will travel directly to the Veterinary College. After the dinner, the bus will take you to the Marriott Hotel. At that time, you will need to check-in. Guests are required to provide a credit card for incidentals but the lodging charge will be paid by us. You will need to check-out on the morning of the 27th and board the bus by 7am. The bus will take you to Schurman Hall. You can leave your luggage on the bus which will be parked nearby.
Please board the bus at 4:45pm. The bus will be departing at 5pm. The trip is expect to take about 4.5 hours each way.
