More than 200 people attended the Lake Ontario Summer Fruit Tour August 3 presented by Cornell Cooperative Extension, Cornell University, & the New York State Agricultural Experiment Station.
The tour was for commercial fruit producers and supporting businesses, and featured high density apple planting systems including super spindle, tall spindle and V-axe apple planting systems, equipment innovations for improving labor efficiency, sprayer technology, new pest management technology, weed management, and all about sweet cherries.
