Food Physics: Instructional Modules

Course material for the community

Using the Modules

The entire content of theory (framework), modeling, and applications consist of modules that are independent and self-standing, like a mini course.

Modularized

We intend to build modules at multiple levels, for learners of different backgrounds. For example, Puffing is at two levels, L1 (for any scientist) and L2 (with undergraduate engineering).

Multi-level2

They are active learning enabled, consisting of pre- and post-assessment and other quizzes.

Structured for Active Learning

In the implementations thus far, students primarily see them as engaging and useful, and recommend to others.

Student-Liked

The modules are available completely free, on Canvas Free for Teachers platform. No restrictions whatsoever.

    • Dear Bertus,

I am happy to. However, each module has a separate ID and I have to give you the access links for each one. Would you mind telling me the ones that look most relevant to you? Thanks a lot.
