Introduction

My name is Fletcher Levin and I am a senior in Cornell Arts and Sciences graduating this December. I study government, and have minors in Inequality Studies and China and Asia-Pacific Studies.

This summer I have the privilege to work with Andy Fagan and my professor Tom Hirschl on their project Moving Forward Upstate New York. This project uses the Poverty Stoplight, a UN-recognized development tool, to help local communities and families understand and address the poverty which exists in upstate New York. I will help to accomplish the goals of this project by analyzing the data it generates and assisting the people who have been working on it for the past few years. I am excited to be a part of this project!
