Take the survey to improve our curriculum

Dear Veterinary Practitioner,

Through an evidence-based and collaborative process, we have created a list of clinical problems in veterinary medicine to guide curricular development and assessment for veterinary students. We are seeking practitioner input to validate and prioritize the problem list, and to identify important associated diagnoses. Your input would be incredibly valuable to ensure we are best preparing our students for clinical practice. We would greatly appreciate if you took a few moments to complete the following survey. Below please find a consent form that describes how your data will be used. Completion and return of the survey is considered your implied consent to participate in this study. Please keep the attached form for your records.

You may access the survey here.

Estimated time to complete: 15-20 minutes

Thank you for your time.

Sincerely,
