Project Summary

We are building simulation modules in six areas, three for food science students and in the same three areas for engineering students. The focus areas are:

  • Microbial growth/inactivation
  • Process and Microbiology
  • Risk Assessment

The modules are built by different faculty, implemented, and assessed in courses around the U.S. and the detail information is available here. Please contact us if you are interested in implementing one or more of the module in your class.
