Risk Assessment for Engineers

This module is developed by Cornell University under the supervision of Dr. Datta to be used for better understanding of Risk involved in various steps of food supply chain relevant to food industry. Simulation is used to quantify exposure assessment, risk using dose-response model, and risk characterization. It also focuses on importance of uncertainty and variability in risk-based decision making.
