Risk Assessment
Junior/senior or graduate students in any engineering curriculum. Students will be trained in the concept of risk assessment and develop a process criterion starting from risk.

- Explain the microbial risk in food and impact of variability and uncertainty on risk assessment
- Assess the safety of a process by using the knowledge of risk assessment
- Interpret how risk relates to Food Safety Objective (FSO)
