Microbial  Inactivation for Engineers

This module helps the students better understand the kinetics of microbial inactivation described by different predictive models. The module explores importance of variability and uncertainty in kinetic data and helps student to understand the influence of environmental parameters (water activity and temperature of food) on microbial inactivation.
