Sanitization of Biofilm Bacteria
This module is developed by UC Davis. It will be used for better understanding of sanitation process used in food industry to destroy biofilm bacteria from a perspective of improving food safety.

- This module helps the students better understand the inactivation of biofilm bacteria during sanitization. This module simulates the effect of biofilm thickness, sanitization time, and bacterial resistance to sanitizer on inactivation.
