Hospital Operations
The goal of the Hospital Operations Team is to examine how the various components that make up the Cornell University Hospital for Animals (CUHA) currently operate. This will allow us to understand how any proposed curricular changes may impact the operations of the CUHA from the educational, service, and research standpoints.
Key objectives of the Hospital Operations Team are:
- process mapping to better define both clinical and non-clinical entities that compose the CUHA
- case-load data acquisition
