The Workplace-Based Assessment Focus Team is working on developing, deploying, and piloting workplace-based assessments in the clinical setting: 

• Using the CBVE Entrusted Professional Activities as a starting point, the team is working on solutions to capture the moments of in-person feedback, student reflection, and faculty evaluation in a simple and easy in-line way. 
• Aligned with piloting, feedback, and iteration of the process, the group will also develop the background structure for serial student WBAs as part of the clinical year experience and assessment.

As the WBA system has a soft rollout, we are looking for individuals or whole services interested in using this feedback tool to spark student evaluations and discussion. If you would like to be part of the group to build the clinical year assessments around the number, frequency, and style of WBAs in the clinics, we are also adding new members for that part of the project.
