Traditionally strawberries are the first fruit to come into season in the area, this year the timing seems to be a bit delayed but non the less straw
berries are here now so what do we do with them? How do we utilize the small window when fresh berries are available and make sure we can enjoy them for much longer?
My personal preference is to use some now and make jam, or freeze the rest for use later, below you will find two really great sites to ensure you get the most out strawberry season.
