Check out Move It Monday Campaign for Ideas on Being Physically Active

The Forearm Plank ChallengeAs many of us move through the current health pandemic we are adapting to new routines in our lives. You may find it much harder to get your exercise in particularly if you are spending most of your time at home. Keeping physically active can help maintain your health, and it can also help you stay focused and positive throughout the week. Children benefit from physical activity and it can help break up their day, particularly if they are spending more time in front of screens with online school work.

Even if you have not been getting in your steps prior to the health crisis now it’s more important than ever to find ways to stay healthy and positive so if you are looking for a little Monday motivation and want to find ways to stay active today’s blog post is in support of the Move It Monday campaign. It can be helpful to re-set your Monday each week and many people find it helpful to write down what goal they would like to achieve – you can use post it notes or a journal; choose the best way that helps you keep track.
