SNAP Education
Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Education, SNAP Ed, helps people with limited incomes learn how to eat better for less money. It is a FREE, confidential nutrition education program to help you and your family manage your food resources during tough economic times.
The SNAP-Ed team works with residents of Hamilton, Herkimer, Oneida and Oswego counties.
Can I Participate? You are eligible to participate if you are applying for or currently receive food stamps/SNAP benefits, or if you receive or participate in WIC, Head Start, Medicaid, Aid for Families with Dependent Children (AFDC), or Supplemental Security Income (SSI).
