On December 1st at 6pm the Cornell Cooperative Extension of Herkimer County will hold its Annual Meeting to vote on a proposed new constitution for the Association. The proposed constitution will reduce the overall number of elected Board of Directors from 20 to 12 and streamline our committee process. Although the new constitution will take effect on January 1st, 2023 all current board members will continue in their positions through their current term. This board structure is similar to many other CCE associations across New York State.
We believe that this new board structure will allow us to better serve Herkimer residents through our 4H, Nutrition, Agricultural and Horticultural programs.
