Preparedness and Resiliency Cookbook: A guide for making good food choices that are healthy, tasty, quick, and safe to promote resiliency during hardship or natural disasters. This guide provides meals and snacks to feed a family of 4 for 14 days. Most of the ingredients in this recipe book are based on canned, boxed, or bottled non-perishable food items, except some fresh fruits and vegetables.
