The Garden is located at 840 Upper Front St, Binghamton, NY and is free to the public and open dawn till dusk, 365 days a year. The garden is maintained by over 80 Master Gardener Volunteers. The Master Gardener Volunteer program is a nationwide Cooperative Extension project that provides interested gardeners with horticultural training.
