Diplomacy and Leadership: A Conversation with Ambassador Makila James on Black Women in Leadership

This is Ambassador Makila James, an American diplomat with an extensive background in foreign service work. She is a Cornell Alumn and also an Alumn of Wanawake Wa Wari, the Black women’s co-op to which I am a current member. I have learned so much from her inspiring and insightful words on advocacy, leadership, and political representation for Black women.
