Strawberries: Sulfonylurea herbicide injury

Sulfonylurea herbicides (Command, etc.) can cause sudden yellowing and bleaching of leaves. Damaged tissue will eventually die. Herbicide drift will likely affect one end of a planting more strongly than the other.

Strawberry leaves with yellowing at leaf edges that travels along interveinal margins. Some leaves are necrotic at outer edges.
