NYS IPM and the Cornell Greenhouse Horticulture team are hosting their annual greenhouse IPM workshop online for the second year, which means it will be open to participants from the Capital District! Topics this year include different options for magnification in pest and pathogen identification (Brian Eshenaur), greenhouse mite management (John Sanderson), and water testing in fertility management (Neil Mattson).

Let’s talk Agriculture! Farm Day Out is a day-long event full of displays from local Ag businesses and organizations, activities, and a self-guided farm tour to help educate the public on different aspects of the world of agriculture.

 

 

One of our goals is to provide workshops and other resources to the producers within our community.

Workshops that have been provided in past include, but are not limited to Social Media Marketing, How to use your Harvest Connection Fam Page, Basic Poultry Management, FAMACHA, and Tick and Pesticide Management.
Our Team is more than happy to offer programs similar to those listed above, but we also want to present new programs based on what you need.
