Guide for choosing which file format to use:

For digital or online use (like presentations, videos, images, or online documents), pick PNG or JPG files. PNGs are great for web pages, digital presentations, and videos with transparent backgrounds. JPGs work well online if they're not too big.

For printing from Microsoft Office or similar programs (like letters or flyers), go with JPGs at a low-to-medium resolution.

For high-quality prints or large designs (like event materials or signs), use EPS files. They maintain high resolution even when scaled and can be opened in various applications, including Adobe Creative Cloud. Please contact our office for EPS files.
