Defining Audiences
Adults are defined as parents, pregnant persons, or primary caregivers of low-income children ages 19 or younger.
Young Adults are defined as persons ages 18 to 25 years, who are working toward independence, who are not pregnant and who are not parenting.
These young adults, if living with their parent or primary caregiver, must be contributing, financially, to the household in which they live.Approved Curricula for use with Adult and Young Adult Audiences.
