Participants must follow current public health guidance and Cornell requirements related to COVID, including requirements for International travelers to the US.
IN ADDITION, masking is required during sessions and other indoor events and on conference busses. For coffee breaks and lunch, outdoor space with seating will be available if weather permits. When coffee breaks and meals must take place indoors, participants are encouraged to reasonably socially distance while eating or drinking.
An antigen self-test kit will be provided to each non-Cornell affiliated registrant, either on check in at the Marriott or the Hilton Canopy, or, for those staying elsewhere, at registration on Sunday evening. Additional test kits may be available as needed (check with registration), or they can be purchased at local pharmacies. Participants are encouraged to test on arrival, and of course should quarantine and test if experiencing any symptoms.
