Herkimer County Local Foods Map

When you buy direct from local farmers, your dollars stay within your community and strengthens the local economy.  This helps preserve farming as a livelihood and rural landscapes as farmland.

The 2020 Herkimer County Local Foods Map is intended to serve as a guide for those who want to enjoy fresh local foods.

The map is now available at our office in East Herkimer and at many of the vendors on our map and will be at Herkimer County Farmers’ Markets this summer. You can also click on the link above or the picture below to see a pdf version.  Please note that the COVID-19 pandemic may cause many outlets to be different than what was expected at the time of production of this map.  As always, call, email or check the Facebook page of a farm/stand/market you wish to go to. Your patience is appreciated!  If you’d like to pick up copies of the map, we would appreciate it if you would call (315.866.7920) or email (herkimer@cornell.edu) and we will leave outside on a table for “curbside delivery.”
