Grass finished beef producers are invited to attend an informational meeting on marketing opportunities through Strauss Meats. MacKenzie Waro, Northeast Grass Fed Beef Procurement Manager for Strauss will be present to discuss the company’s standards and production protocols. This meeting is scheduled for Monday October 29th from 5 to 7 pm and will be held at the Oneida County Cooperative Extension Office located at 121 Second St. in Oriskany.
