The Central New York Beef Producer’s Feeder Calf Pool is scheduled for October 14, 2:00 pm. Dann Auctioneers, Canandaigua will handle the sale. They are expecting around 30 calves weighing 500 – 600 lb. They will be double vaccinated and weaned a minimum of 30 days. Bidders can attend the sale via phone or in person at the Schoharie and Otsego County Cooperative Extension, Cooperstown Office, 123 Lake Street, Cooperstown, NY 13326. As last year, the cattle will remain on the farm until picked up by the buyer.
