Austin and Rachel’s 2023 work on hydrogen sulfide formation in canned wines in the American Journal of Enology and Viticulture was selected as the Best Enology Paper of 2023. They co-presented their work at an invited seminar at the annual ASEV meeting in Portland in July 2024. Congratulations!
