What We Offer

At ESS, we are devoted to creating clear, scientifically accurate and aesthetically pleasing visuals to engage and educate any audience. We offer medical illustrations, animations, and interactive material for the CVM community.

The Process

Consultation

Meet with our Medical Illustrator, Allie, to talk about the specific learning objectives, graphic style, timeline, and other details of your request.

Preproduction

This is the research and planning phase. We gather reference material, write a script (if applicable), and develop sketches or a storyboard. Initial feedback and revisions conclude this phase.

Production

Revisions are made and color and style are incorporated, representing how the final product will look. Voice overs and/or text is produced and combined with the image or animation.  We collaborate to refine the product.

Post Production

The final revisions are made. Any finishing touches are completed and the final product is delivered!

Complexity vs. Time Scale

There is a wide range of styles to choose from, and each has their purpose. With that in mind, the more complex styles will take more time to complete. See the scale below to get an idea of how complexity of the style may impact the timeline of your project:
