At the ninth annual Western New York Farm Show held Feb 1 and 2 at the Erie County Fairgrounds, David DeGolyer, with the Western New York Crop Management Association, presented “The Many Benefits of Using Cover Crops”.

“I don’t just talk about N, P, and K with my growers, I discuss soil health and how to make the most out of the soil when growing things. After all, it is the foundation for growing crops,” sad DeGolyer.
