Our second annual Sloan Visit Day provides admitted and prospective students an opportunity to meet with students, meet with program alumni, connect with program faculty, and hear from distinguished leaders in the field of healthcare management, all while discovering why studying at Cornell University and living in Ithaca, NY create a rich and rewarding experience you will treasure always.
Held in conjunction with the Sloan Alumni Association fall executive board meeting, Visit Day kicks off Thursday evening November 9 with an alumni and student dinner. Join alumni, program directors, and current students for a delicious meal and engaging conversation, and experience the camaraderie that we value as members of the “Sloan Family.”
On Friday, November 10, please join us for our renowned Sloan Colloquium featuring Andrew H. Martin, MBA, Sr. Director and Regional Lead, Vaccines – Latin America Pfizer Inc., Emerging Markets. Also on Friday we will host alumni breakfast discussions, campus tours, a faculty luncheon, and student panels to customize a visit itinerary that meets your needs.
The aim of Visit Day is to matriculate a cohort of outstanding students who will individually and collectively thrive during their two-year course of study so we may improve the operation of health care systems and the health of the community, and to be recognized as an outstanding healthcare management program by virtue of faculty scholarship and student achievement. We believe identifying a strong fit between student and program and matriculating the highest caliber prospective students will help us achieve this vision. Sloan Visit Day is an exciting part of our admissions process.
Please use the menu links at the top of our page to register and customize your visit experience and to find information about where to stay, to learn about our participating alumni, and to learn more about Ithaca and our “gorges” Finger Lakes region of New York.
We look forward sharing our Sloan Family with you!
