Bauerle, Frank, and Tufan recognized for contributions to inclusion

Taryn Bauerle, Professor and Director of Graduate Studies in SIPS Horticulture, and Margaret Frank, Associate Professors in SIPS Plant Biology, were recognized with the Partner of the Year Award, at the recent College of Engineering Office of Inclusive Excellence award ceremony. The award recognizes their work and that of their other team members on the Center for Research on Programmable Plant Systems (CROPPS).

Hale Ann Tufan, Associate Professor in SIPS Plant Breeding & Genetics has received the Faculty Champion Award: Early Career Faculty from the  Graduate School Office of Inclusion & Student Engagement. The award will be presented on May 14 at the 2025 Graduate Diversity and Inclusion Awards & Recognition Celebration where members of the community will be recognized for their academic, professional, and service-related achievements!
